We know that at-risk youth cannot be reached from polished office spaces or through disconnected, unfamiliar staff. Real engagement happens in neighborhoods, on the streets, and in everyday spaces where trust is built through presence, consistency, and lived experience. Our work is led by credible messengers who understand the realities our youth face and are committed to walking alongside them, not managing them from a distance.
